Minute Man National Historical Park

The events of April 19, 1775 were a turning point in the long struggle between Mother England and her American colonies. In a march of protest and petition turned independence and revolution, the fighting on April 19, 1775 would foreshadow the rebellious action of the American colonies to ultimately create a new nation, the United States of America.

Plane - From Boston's Logan Airport: Take the Ted Williams Tunnel to the Massachusetts Turnpike. Follow the Pike west to I-95 North. Follow I-95 North to Exit 30B. You will be on Route 2A west. The Minute Man Visitor Center is located 1-mile west of I-95.


Car - From I-95: Take exit 30B. You will be on Route 2A west. The park is 1-mile west off ramp.

From MassPike: Take I-95 Exit (exit 14) and follow above directions.

From Route 2: Follow Route 2 to I-95 North. Proceed north one exit to 30B. Follow directions above.

Public Transportation - MBTA Commuter Rail stops at the Concord Depot. From the Depot, the North Bridge Unit is a 1.5-mile walk. No bus or taxi service available.
