Claude Moore Colonial Farm

Claude Moore Colonial Farm is a living history site that demonstrates the life of a poor farm family living on a small farm in northern Virginia just prior to the American Revolutionary War. Today, agricultural and household activities seen on the Farm represent an earlier era when small farms were dispersed throughout the countryside; and, most Americans engaged in activities of an agricultural nature.

Car - From Virginia, follow the Washington Beltway Interstate 495, take Virginia Route 193 (Georgetown Pike) east towards Langley; drive 2.3 miles and turn left onto Colonial Farm Road, just prior to junction with Route 123; follow signs to visitor parking lot.

From Washington, D.C. take the George Washington Memorial Parkway north to the exit for Route 123 toward McLean; drive almost 1 mile and turn right onto Route 193; make the first right onto Colonial Farm Road and follow signs to visitor parking lot.
